Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for recruitment in the following posts in a PSDP Project – “Establishment of Climate Change Reporting Unit in Ministry of Climate Change” on contract basis:-

• Director/Project Manager (PPS-09)

[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience: ” state=” open”] • Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in Project Management or Environmental Sciences / Climate Change from a reputed national and international institution
• At least 12 years of experience in dealing with climate change and related projects, specifically with government agencies. Experience in working with international agencies/ NGOs would be a requirement. Previous experience of working with the Ministry of Climate Change would be an added advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in managing PSDP and/ or donor-funded projects and familiarity with project cycle management.[/toggle]

• Deputy Director – Coordination, Communication & Research (PPS-08)

• Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in Mass Communication I Journalism or Media Sciences from a reputed national and international institution,
• At least 8 years of experience in dealing with climate change and related projects, specifically with government agencies. Experience in working with international agencies/ NGOs would be a requirement.[/toggle]

• Assistant Director – Policy Analysis (PPS-07)

• Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in Public Policy or Environmental Sciences f Climate Change from a reputed national and international institution
• At least 5 years of experience in dealing with policy research and review, gap analysis, with a specific focus on climate change Experience of working with the Government would be a must.[/toggle]

• Assistant Director – Climate Finance, CDM/NAMA (PPS-07)

• Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in Environmental Sciences / Environmental Engineering/ Climate Change from a reputed national and international institution
• Al least 5 years of experience in dealing with policy research and review, gap analysis, with a specific focus on climate change Experience of working with the Government would be a must.[/toggle] [/tie_list]

 

 

Note:

1. Five (05) years general age relaxation will be admissible as per prescribed rules of the Government of Pakistan.
2. Candidates already in Government service may apply through proper channel.
3. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
