HOW TO APPLY:
For (BPS-06 To BPS-18)
1. Application Forms and Online Deposit Slips are available on Open Testing Services (OTS) website.
2. Applications must be received at the given address not later than fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement.
3. Open Testing Services (OTS) will not be responsible for late receipt of application sent through post or by any other courier service.
4. Please submit your test fee through prescribed deposit slip on any of countrywide online branch of a designated bank.
5. Application submitted by hand will not be entertained.
6. Candidates are required to send their prescribed Application Forms along with online deposit slip (in original) to Manager Operation, Open Testing Services, 93-A Media Town, (Adjacent to PWO), Islamabad (Ph: 051-2375081, www.ots.org.pk. For (BPS-1 to BPS-5)
Download application form from at Open Testing Services (OTS) Website, (without fee) and send through courier to the undersigned within 15 days from publication of this advertisement.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION:
1. The above-said jobs shall be contributory fund (GP fund) jobs and terms & conditions will be communicated an along-with offer of appointment letter.
2. 5 years General Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing government rules.
3. Age will be calculated with effect from the last date of submitting applications.
4. The advance copy of the application will not be entertained.
5. Candidates already in service should send their applications through proper channel.
6. Eligibility of candidate will be determined on the basis of his/her academic qualification as given against each post.
7. A candidate can apply for more than one post by submitting a separate form for each post with the separate tee.
8. Information provided in the application farms will be verified in case of appointment of the officer. In case of any false or forged information. NIH reserves the right to Cancel your candidature at any stage (even after employment. if so revealed later) and to initiate legal action against the applicant.
9. Incomplete applications as well as received after due date shall not be entertained.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible tor the purpose of test/interview.
11. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
12. Deposited amount is non-refundable /non-transferable.
13. The mobile phone is not allowed in test centre premises.
14. The competent authority reserves the right to canceRpostpone recruitment process at any stage.
15. The last date of submission of Application Form is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
