CAREER OPPORTUNITY
- Company Secretary
Member of a recognized body of professional accouriLints or Corporate or Chartered Secretaries or person holding a Masters degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a law graduate from a university recognized by the HEC. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support and guidance to the Board of Directors.
Assist in the implementation of corporate strategies by ensuring that the Board’s decisions and instructions are properly carried out and communicated.
Ensure the Company complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Well conversant with the Corporate Laws. Communicate with shareholders as appropriate and to ensure that due regard is paid to their interests.
- Chief Internal Auditor
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Internal Effective partnering with the senior management team. Strategic level risk management and corporate governance. Control Auditors from a University recognized by the HEC. Understanding of retail / FMCG business. Ability to raise difficult issues with senior management Minimum Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting from HEC recognized Universities.
Effective communication with the Audit Committee. Ability to develop talent and a high-quality team. Minimum 10 years relevant audit experience with a reputable commercial organization Excellent in professional communication and presentation skills. Must have completed the articles from one of the top five audit firms.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Market-based Salary Package will be offered
2. Maximum age limit for the above positions is 45 years (relaxable in case of highly qualified and experienced professionals).
3. The appointment would be purely on a contract basis for a period of 2 years. extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
