Women Development Department (WDD), Government of Punjab is striving for gender equality and women empowerment. WDD intends to establish “Strategic Policy Unit (SPU)” at Lahore. The SPU will support WDD in proposing policy guidelines and also work as an instrument for ensuring implementation of policies & plans for enhancing women participation resulting in socio-economic empowerment of women. To fill the following positions of SPU, applications are invited from Pakistanis, which will be filled strictly on merit in a transparent manner:-

Qualification: M.Sc. Sociology or Gender Studies plus MBA will be preferred.
Experience:
(i) Ten (10) years of work experience in the social development sector.
(ii) at least 05 successful projects completed.
(iii) Report writing & communication skills with basic leadership qualities for developing synergies among team members[/toggle]

Experience:

Note:
i. All positions are “Purely Project Posts” on an initial contract till June 30, 2020, in case the project is extended, the incumbents may be considered for extension subject to satisfactory performance.
ii. A government employee may apply through proper channel.
