Terms & Conditions:

1. General Relaxation of age will be admissible as per Government rules, Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submission of the applications as per advertisement.
2. Applicants already in government service shall produce NOC at the time of the interview.
3. Only the eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
5. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
6. The application form may be downloaded from the HIT official website i.e. www.hit.gov.pk.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
8. Application on (Prescribed Form) along with attested copies of testimonials Educational Certificates/Diploma/Degree, Experience Certificates, CNIC and recent photographs to the office of “Personnel Officer, Administration Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), Taxila Cantt – 47070” during office hours.
