Master’s degree (sixteen years of education) (1st Division) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration / Management Science / Quality Assurance / Any other relevant discipline/field with a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.[/toggle]
- Jr. Assistant-I (Planning & Development) (SPS-4)

- Consultant (Planning & Development)

Note:
• The appointment on the positions will be offered on a contract basis. However, suitably qualified candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a regular appointment This provision is not applicable to the position of “Consultant”
• The posts are Islamabad based Test/Interview for the posts will be conducted at IST, Islamabad campus only
• The applications with academic qualifications/ degrees and experience in the relevant field will be considered only • Only shortlisted candidates as per merit would be called for written test/interview
• Compliance to eligibility criteria for any post does not guarantee to shortlist for written test/ interview
• If a large number of applications are received for the posts then only the best suitable candidates would be called for written test/ interview
• Employees of Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous organizations should apply “Through Proper Channel”
• Ex-armed forces/retired civil personnel/Ex-servicemen will be employed under Category-II. They should also submit attested photocopies of their armed forces /civil discharge/retirement certificate/release/retirement order and NOG in respect of re-employment from SPD along with their application forms.
• Completely filled Application Forms along with detailed updated CVs attested photocopies of the degrees, final transcripts, certificates, final marks sheets from matric onwards, CNIC, recent passport size photograph and all other particular documents required to support the candidate’s eligibility for the applied post should be sent to the address mentioned below
