1. Initially a period of 3x years renewable subject to satisfactory performance, and contract services may be considered or regularization after fulfilment of all codal formalities of regular recruitment (if required).
2. Selection will be made purely on a merit basis according to region base requirements and fulfilling requisite selection criteria.
3. Medical facilities for the employee, spouse and real children will be allowed, No referral outside the concerned WAPDA Hospital will be entertained.
4. Contract service shall be terminated on one month’s notice from either side. In case of misconduct, services shall be dispensed without notice/pay.
5. No Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body employee will be considered for final selection without submission of NOC/resignation from the parent department.
6. All WAPDA rules and regulations shall be applicable.
7. Candidates who have been dismissed or debarred for future employment are not eligible.
8. Existing candidates are also advised to apply Through Proper Channel.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
10. No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for interview by WAPDA.
11. Original testimonials must be presented by the candidates at the time of the interview.
12. WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage, and the number of posts can be increased or decreased with the approval of the competent authority.
13. Applications along with one complete set of educational documents/testimonials/ Certificates and 02 x passport-size photographs will be submitted to the concerned Hospital at the address.
14. The last date for submission of the application shall be the 15th day from publication of the advertisement.
