1). Interested and eligible candidates may obtain “Application Form” from the following Office locations:-

- Lahore Waste Management Company Workshop, Kotli Ghazi, Harbanspura, Lahore.
- Lahore Waste Management Company Workshop, Sanda Road, Opp. Gourmet Bakery, Rajgarh, Lahore.
- Zonal Officer Office, Near Gaddafi Stadium, E-Library, Lahore.
- Sanitary Inspector Office, UC-255, Peco Road, Kot Lakhpat, Railway Station, Lahore.
FOR MULTAN LOCATIONS:
- Metro Station No. 09, Chungi No. 09, Multan.
- House No. 169, Block ‘A’, Model Town, Multan.
2). Candidates are requested to must bring their Application form along with Original and photocopy of CNIC, Domicile, and 2x recent passport size photographs at the time of submission of applications on the due date.
3). Candidates may visit the above-mentioned Offices along with their application from 04 May 2020 to 07 May 2020
