1.The Candidate must send prescribed Job Application forms available at the website www.mmckp.gov.pk.
2. Application must be accompanied with the Bank deposit slip Rs. 1000/- for Bps 16 & above and Rs. 500/- for Bps 12, as a non-refundable processing fee submitted to the account of Hospital at Bank Islam, Bank Road Mardan Account 0 3035.0010243-0201 Branch Code 3035.
3. CV along with passport size photograph and attested photocopies of all degrees, certificates, CNIC and other related documents should be sent with the application.
4. In-service employees shall apply through proper channels, wherein upon selection they will have to resign from their current post.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
6. Incomplete applications or without bank deposit slop will not be entertained.
