TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) Interested Candidates must download the prescribed from the MMC Website, (Note: the form shall be filled by computer).
2) The application must be accompanied by the Bank deposit slip of Rs. 1000/- as a non-refundable processing fee submitted to the account of Hospital Director at Bank Islami Bank Road Mardan Accounts No. 3035-0010243-0201 Branch Code 3035.
3) The competent authority has the right to increase/ decrease or cancel any or one of the positions.
4) CV along with (03) passport size photograph and attested photocopies of all degrees, certificates, CNIC and other related documents should be submitted the application.
5) In-service employees shall apply through proper channel.
6) No TA/DA will be admissible for test/ interview.
7) Applications should be addressed to Manager HR & OD, and reach the office of the HR Department Mardan Medical Complex, Mardan latest by 10 August 2019.
• Applications must be in a sealed envelope, with the position applied for clearly written shall be sent through courier/ TCS.
• By hand Submission of applications not be entertained.
• Incomplete form/applications or without bank deposit slip will not be entertained.
