TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Application on prescribed form duly filled in all respect along with Bio-data and the academic record must reach the office of the undersigned within 15 days (03-12-2019) of the publication of this advertisement, along with Rs. 1000/- as application processing fee through Bank receipt/ draft deposited in NBP(AB3) Account No. 4321325806 Bank Code: 2002 in the Name of Hospital Director MTI Bannu, Cheque/Pay orders will not be acceptable.
2. The application form can be downloaded from the Hospital Website www.kgnthbannu.gov.pk.
3. The service will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institution Reforms (MTI) Act. 2015.
4. Pay Protection & other benefits will be given in case of candidates already in regular Government Service, as per Rules and regulations
5. The in-service candidates will apply through proper channels.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test.
7. Candidates will be shortlisted in view of their academic/professional record.
8. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application form falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
9. An application received after the closing time & date shall be stand rejected.
10. The scrutiny committee, MTI Bannu shall be competent to reject applications that are incomplete.
11. Any candidate may be disqualified and /or excluded from the interview if:-
a) He/She was convicted by the court of law.
b) Knowingly furnishes any false information.
c) Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification.
d) Attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means.
e) Submits forged certificates.
f) Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates.
g) Misbehaves during the interview.
h) Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
