- Civil Engineer (Buildings)
[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience:” state=” open”]Diploma in Civil Engineering along with 05 Years relevant experience of construction/building projects in the public sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
i. Oversee the Civil works and allied E&M works.
ii. Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are being followed correctly at the site.
iii. Certify the actual work done and ensure that payments are being measured/paid in accordance with the Contract Agreement.
iv. Liaison with Department, contractors, and Executing agency i.e. Pak PWD.
v. Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
vi. Ensure the project is executed as per drawings/specifications and completed within the agreed-upon budget and timeline.
vii. Preparation of progress and other site reports for senior management.
viii. Any other task related to the project assigned by the Project Director.[/toggle]
