1. All above posts are on a contract basis for the period of 03 years and no claim will be entertained for regularization on the part of selected candidates in future.
2. Applications along with required documents must reach the office of the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
3. The application form can be downloaded from www.archives.gov.pk.
4. The relevant documents i.e Educational Certificates. Experience Certificates, Domicile. CNIC and two passport size photographs, duly attested must be attached with the application. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
5. Separate applications must be forwarded if applied for more than one post.
6. Age limit is inclusive of 5 years general age relaxation and further age relaxation will be granted as per Government applicable policy.
7. Both Male and Female candidates have an equal opportunity to apply.
8. Center for tests/interviews will be the National Archives of Pakistan. Block-N. Pak. Secretariat, Islamabad.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/ interviews.
