- Head of Compensation & Benefits
[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience: ” state=” open”]Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution Masters degree in Human Resource would be preferred 10 years + Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Management, Human Resource Operations and/or Human Resource experience working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a Leadership role. - Head of Learning & Development
[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience: ” state=” open”]Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution Masters degree in Human Resource would be preferred 10 years + Human Resource experience in Learning & Development role working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.[/toggle]
- Head of Talent Acquisition
[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience: ” state=” open”]Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution Masters degree in Human Resource would be preferred 10 years + experience in Human Resource Recruitment and related roles working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.[/toggle]
- Senior Human Resource Business Partners
[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience: ” state=” open”]Bachelor’s degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution. 10 years+ Human Resource or Banking experience 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or at least possess expertise in two Human Resource functions.[/toggle]
- Human Resource Business Partners
[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience: ” state=” open”]Minimum Master’s degree in Human resources would be preferred. Minimum 6 years of Human Resource or Banking experience. 3 years’ experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or at least possess expertise in two Human Resource functions.[/toggle] [/tie_list]
