National Bank of Pakistan is one of the largest commercial banks in Pakistan with global market presence and branches in all parts of the country. NBP invites applications against the following position from professionals with a proven track record and capacity to act as a catalyst for transformation in a challenging environment in the area of Human Resource Management.
The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:-

 

  • Head of Compensation & Benefits 

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution Masters degree in Human Resource would be preferred 10 years + Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Management, Human Resource Operations and/or Human Resource experience working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
  • Head of Learning & Development 

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution Masters degree in Human Resource would be preferred 10 years + Human Resource experience in Learning & Development role working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
  • Head of Talent Acquisition 

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution Masters degree in Human Resource would be preferred 10 years + experience in Human Resource Recruitment and related roles working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
  • Senior Human Resource Business Partners 

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution. 10 years+ Human Resource or Banking experience 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or at least possess expertise in two Human Resource functions.
  • Human Resource Business Partners 

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Master’s degree in Human resources would be preferred. Minimum 6 years of Human Resource or Banking experience. 3 years’ experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or at least possess expertise in two Human Resource functions.
