1. Applicants working in government/Semi government organizations/Corporations and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channels with NOC from the employer.
2. Applicants for the positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor are required to submit four copies of the applications/dossiers duly bind along with a soft copy of the dossier in PDF form.
3. Applicants for non-teaching positions are required to submit Three copies of applications/dossiers on the prescribed proforma along with attested documents, degrees/certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, 2x recent photographs, in binding form with a Pay Order, Bank Draft or paid Challan (only HBL, QAU branch Account No. 02940006215103) for Rs. 2,000/- for each position (Sr. No. Ito 3) and Rs. 1,000/- (Sr. No. 4 to 5) drawn in favour of Director, NIPS, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
4. Applications for teaching posts from abroad may be sent along with the US $100 application fee.
5. All the applications should reach the office of the Director NIPS within 60 days of the date of this advertisement.
6. Age limit and relaxation will be admissible as per the rules.
7. Internal candidates can apply on BPS.
8. Applications incomplete in any regard will not be entertained at the time of the interview.
