Terms & Conditions:
• Interested candidates may download Application Forms with Deposit Slip from Open Testing Service-Pakistan (OTS) website (www.ots.org.pk), and pay the prescribed test fee Rs. 75/- (Rupees seventy-five only) per applicant in any of the country-wide online branches of designated banks.
• Incomplete, improperly filled application submitted by hand or received after the closing date WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. Only eligible /shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interviews.
• According to Government policy, only the top five candidates will be shortlisted and called for interview against each post.
• The test fee is non-refundable/non-transferable and no TA/DA will be paid to the candidates, coming for tests/interviews.
• Candidates working in Government Department should apply through proper channel.
• Disable persons, Females and Minorities can also apply against all posts.
• The upper age limit will be relaxed as per government rules.
• Application form duly filled-in along-with original deposit slip (without educational certificates etc.) may be sent to Project Director (NAVTTC), Open Testing Services (OTS), Office No 1, Central Avenue, Phase-VI, Bahria Town, Islamabad within 15 days (30-12-2019) of publication of this advertisement.

• The duration of the project is a maximum of 18 months, The continuation up to 18 months or earlier of the vacancies will depend on the performance of the employees, which will be reviewed after every 06 and 03 months on the basis of performance.
• The selected candidates will be liable to serve in the whole of Pakistan preferably in NAVTTC HQs Islamabad.
• The posts at serial No. 1 to 9 will get increment @ 5% of the minimum and subsequent revision of the salary package of project staff from time to time.
