PDL requires services of a dynamic and visionary professional with sound leadership experience for the post of CEO & CS (based in Islamabad) on contract basis initially for a period of three years with the following qualification and experience.

- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or higher qualification in Engineering (Electrical. Electronics, Telecom, Computer, ICT related disciplines)/Computer Sciences! ICT/MBA from an HEC recognized University with minimum sixteen years of formal education or be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
EXPERIENCE: Candidates having bachelor degrees should have at least 20 years of professional experience preferably in ICT Sector.[/toggle]
- Company Secretary (CS)

EDUCATION:
• The candidate should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
• Recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries.
• A person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or Company being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Secretary Commission of Pakistan.
• In case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalence certificate from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
EXPERIENCE: The candidate should have At least five years relevant experience in a listed company.[/toggle]
