Qualifications: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC 1 recognized University / Institution.

Qualification: First Class MS/ MPhil/ equivalent degree awarded after 18 Years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career. A condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding Institutions provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz. PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career.
- Deputy Registrar (BPS-18)
Qualification: First Class M.Sc / M.A / MBA degree from a recognized University / Institution with no 3rd division in his / her academic career.
Experience: 05 Five years experience in the establishment/administration in any University or Government Semi-Government organization in BPS-17 or above.
- Assistant Registrar (BPS-17)
Qualification: At least first class M.Sc / M.A / MBA degree from a recognized University with no 3rd division in his/her academic career.
- Executive Engineer (Civil) (BPS-18)
Qualification: Second class Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
Experience: 07 Seven years experience of professional work as SDO AEE especially in the construction and maintenance of buildings and roads.
- Transport Officer (BPS-17)
Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering or higher degree from a recognized Institution.
Experience: 03 Three years of experience in Management and maintenance of transport service.
- Medical Officer (BPS-17)
Qualification: MBBS from recognized University.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Application Forms can be obtained from the office of the Registrar-on cash payment as indicated below OR may be downloaded from University website (www.uaar.edu.pk) and it can be submitted along with the Bank Draft as indicated below in favour of Treasurer, PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi.
i. For Professor = Rs.3000/-
ii. For Associate Professor = Rs.25001-
iii, For Assistant Professor = Rs.2000/-
iv. For Lecturer = Rs.1500/-
v. For administrative Posts (BS-17 & above) = Rs.1000/-
2. The applications complete in all respects, including attested copies of the degrees/ certificates/ CNIC, recent Passport size photographs, certificate and experience, if any (Four copies/ sets for the Posts at Sr. No. 1 & 2, Three copies/ sets for the Posts at Sr. No. 3 & 4, Two copies/ sets for the posts at Sr. 5 to 9 including application form) should reach the office of the Registrar of the University by 15-04-2019.
3. Applicants already working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies are required to produce the NOC of their employers. The advanced copy of the application will not be entertained.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
5. No. TA/DA will be paid for the purpose.
6. 15% Quota for Women, 5% Quota for Minorities and 3% Quota for disabling will be implemented, where applicable.
7. Age should not more than 35 years, for first recruitment in Government/ Public Sector. However, relaxation in age will be given as per Government Rule.
8. For Contractual appointment, age should not be more than 65 years.
9. The University reserves the rights not to fill any post or withhold appointment against any post.
10. The Registration of Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council and Pakistan Engineering Council is compulsory/ required from the candidates applying for the posts in the field of Veterinary/ Animal Sciences/ Agri. Engineering, along with applications.
