1. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab
2. Attested copies of educational qualification certificates (Matric, FSc & MBBS along with each year transcript) experience certificate, two latest passport size photographs, domicile certificate and CINC and valid PMC must be attached with the application.
3. The employees of Government/semi-Government Autonomous bodies should apply through their respective departments with NOC.
4. All recruitment shall be made acceding to the existing policy of the Government of Punjab, and all quotas shall apply.
5. Candidates are advised to bring their anginal certificates/documents at the time of interview.
6. The number of posts can be increased decreased without intimation.
7. No TA/DA shall be allowed for the interview.
8. Interview call letters will be sent separately to call candidates at the given postal address.
9. Incomplete applications to any expect will not be considered.
10. No postgraduate trainees allow for applying against the above-mentioned posts until such training is not completed. if it is found at any stage that the candidate was postgraduate training and his training not completed he will be liable to submit the complete salary which draw and action will be taken against him according to the policy.
