- Accounts Assistant

• Must possess an MBA (Finance) / M.Com degree from University recognized by HEC.
• 02 years post qualification experience in public and I or private sector projects in a similar capacity.
• Should be computer literate and have excellent command in MS Office package and knowledge of computerized accounting systems.[/toggle]

• Should be well conversant with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel/.[/toggle]
- Office Assistant/Computer Operator

Note:
1. The above positions are on contract basis under Contract Appointment Policy 2004 amended up to date.
2. The period of contract will be 03 years or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier.
3. The Government employees are eligible to apply through proper channel
4. Applications of already serving employees shall not be entertained without NOC.
5. All Graduate and Master Level or higher qualifications must be from HEC recognized Universities.
6. Applications for Serial No. 01 to 04 would be submitted online at www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk and no application would be received/entertained by hand or courier.

8. The last date for submission of applications is 15-04-2019.
9. Attested copies of the educational qualifications, marks obtained in each examination with %age, experience certificates, one recent passport size photograph and domicile valid driving license (for Sr. No 05) etc, must accompany the application. Original documents will have to be produced, as and when demanded, before the interview.
10. Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
11. The competent authority reserves the rights to increase or decrease the number of posts.
12. Incomplete and applications without education and experience document shall not be entertained.
13. No TA/DA will be admissible.
