1. The applications must reach the office of the Project Director, Ten Billion Tree Tsunami Programme / Green Pakistan Programme Wildlife & Parks Department – Punjab, 2-Sanda Road, Lahore only by registered post or courier service till 03.12.2021 of publishing of this advertisement. By hand, the application will not be accepted.
2. The above-mentioned positions are of “All Punjab Basis” and the applicants can be posted at any station of Punjab.
3. Applicants working in Government / Semi-Government Departments should apply through proper channels along with requisite N.O.C from the competent authority.
4. Attested photocopies of academic records i.e. Degrees/Certificates etc. Experience Certificate, Domicile, computerized ID card, and driving License (where applicable) and two recent photographs must be attached with the application.
5. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall not be entertained.
6. The recruitment will be made in accordance with the Contract Appointment Policy / Recruitment Policy, 2004.
7. After detailed scrutiny of applications, only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for test/interview through separate Letters / SMS, No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.
8. All the candidates shall be required to produce a National Identity Card, Domicile Certificate and Transcripts of Qualifications (original) at the time of interview.
9. The Department has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any vacancy without any reason.
