1. Applications accompanied with complete bio-data and attested photocopies of academic/ experience documents must reach to the office of the undersigned, within 14 days after the first early advertisement in Newspaper/website.
2. The prescribed application form is available in the Establishment Section of this hospital as well as on our website i-e www.qhamc.gov.pk or www.nmcn.edu.pk.
3. Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only.
4. If closing date fixed for the receipt of application form falls on official holiday, the next day shall be considered as the closing date.
5. Applicants already working in Govt/Autonomous Institution must route their applications through proper channel which must be unconditional.
6. Applications received after closing time and date are not acceptable.
7. The Scrutiny/ Selection committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete, However, the aggrieved candidate can appeal to the competent authority of QHAMC for review.
8. The competent authority and BoG shall be competent to increase or decrease the number of posts advertised in this ad, The decisions of the competent authority & BoG therefore shall be final.
9. Two passport size Photographs and attested photocopies of all documents will be acceptable on the Condition that the candidates would bring their original documents when they are called for interviews.
