1. Applicants for the positions of Professor and Associate Professor are required to submit two sets of application/dossiers along with detailed independent CV and a soft copy of application/dossier in PDF format (CD/DVD), Applicants for the position of Assistant Professor, Lecturer and Non-Teaching positions BPS-17 and above are required to submit their applications in two copies of application/dossiers on the prescribed Proforma (available at Website of QAU).
2. Applications should reach office of the Assistant Registrar (Establishment) QAU, Islamabad within 30 days of the date of Advertisement along with Pay Order, Bank Draft (any bank) or (Paid Challan only from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University branch) for Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable) drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University.
3. Applicants already working in Government / Semi-Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
4. Applications – incomplete in any aspect or received after due date will not be entertained by any means.
