2. Attested copies of educational qualification certificates (Matric, FSc, and MBBS along with each year’s transcript showing total/obtained marks) attested copy of House Job Certificate, copy of experience certificates, 2x latest passport size photographs, domicile certificate, CNIC, (in case of ‘O’ & ‘A-Level qualification equivalence certificate is compulsory.
3. The employees of Government/Semi-Government/autonomous bodies should apply through their respective departments with NOC.
