For all positions; Candidates holding Domicile and Permanent Residence certificates (PRC) of the same division/region/district for which positions are being advertised shall be preferred. However, in case of the unavailability of suitable candidates from the same district, preference shall be given to the candidates holding domicile in the neighbouring district.
2. Candidates applying for positions at the Head Office of the organization in Karachi shall be holding domicile in any district of Sindh Province.
3. Employees of Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous organizations shall apply through the proper channel.
4. All above-mentioned posts are for all Pakistan basis and selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in Pakistan as and when required by the department.
5. No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates for test and/or interview.
