2. Attested copies of educational qualification certificates (Matric, FSC & MBBS along with each year’s transcript), Experience certificate two latest passport size photographs, domicile certificate and CNIC and two envelopes with duty stamps of Rs. 100/- each, must be attached with the application.
3. The employees of government/ semi-government/autonomous bodies should apply through their respective departments with NOCs.
4. Recruitment shall be made according to the existing policy of the Government of Punjab and all quotas shall apply.
