1. All candidates may apply online through the IUB website eportal.iub.edu.pk till 01-11-2021, i.e. last date for submission of online applications, followed by submission of hard copy of duly signed online job application form along with attested copies (one each) of recent Passport Size Photograph / CNIC / Domicile / Educational Testimonials (Matric onwards) / Experience Certificate(s) and one copy of the online challan (non-refundable) generated by Online Job Portal (for Sr. No 1 & 2 worth Rs. 3000/-, for 3 worth Rs. 1500/- and for 4 & 5 worth Rs. 1000/-) for the above-mentioned posts, via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post / Courier Service, to the following address Office of the Deputy Registrar (HR-E), Room No. 103, First Floor, Abbasia Campus, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
2. One hard copy of the online job application form along with all required documents as mentioned at Sr. No. 1(i) above, should reach the latest by 04-11-2021 i.e. three days after the closing date of applying online.
3. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit a separate application(s), as well as be paid a separate online processing fee challan.
4. Candidates already in service of a Government / Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of NOC along with an online job application form by the due date, otherwise, their application(s) shall not be entertained.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
