1. All candidates may apply online through the IUB website www.eportal.iub.edu.pk till 01.11.2021 i.e. last date for submission of online applications, followed by submission of hard copy of duly signed online application form for the post of Professor (05 complete sets) and for Non-Teaching posts (01 complete sets) along with attested copies of recent Passport Size Photograph / CIVIC / Domicile / Educational Testimonials (Metric onwards) / Experience Certificates and one copy of the processing fee challan (non-refundable) generated by Online fob Portal (for BPS-21 worth Rs. 5000/-, for BPS-18 worth Rs. 3000/-, for BPS-17 worth Rs. 1500/-, and for BPS-05 to BPS-15 worth Rs. 500/-) for the above-mentioned posts, via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post / Courier Service, to the following address. Office of the Assistant Registrar (HR-E), Room No. 103, First Floor, Abbas,* Campus, The Islamics University of Bahawalpur.
2. Hard copies of the online application forms along with all required documents as mentioned at Sr. No. 16) above, should reach latest by 04.11.2021, i.e. three days after the dosing date of applying online.
3. Candidates should fill in the online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been given on the Islamia University of Bahawalpur website, Editing options, to correct any data, will be available to the candidates till the last date of submission of online applications.
4. Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of NOC along with an online application form by the due date, otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
6. Candidates who have already applied for the posts) tabulated above against previous advertisement(s) are directed to apply afresh. By hand/incomplete/without online application form/late submission of applications will not be entertained.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
