1. Candidate should submit an application on the latest prescribed Application & Rio-Data Form can be downloaded from the website of the University (www.uoj.edu.pk), clearly mentioning the post for which he/she is applying for, along with demand draft (as processing fee non-refundable) in favour of Treasurer, the University of Jhang.
2. The candidates are required to submit Three (03) sets of applications along with attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, I.D. Card, three recent photographs, updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), and other relevant documents.
3. Incomplete or the applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
4. The candidates are already in Govt. Service or other Universities/Institutions must attach NOC, and apply through the proper channels otherwise their applications will be rejected.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
6. No TA/DA would be admissible when called for an interview.
7. The applicants must attach a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration Certificate.
8. The Candidates must attach IBCC/HEC Equivalence Certificate(s), where applicable, otherwise, their applications would not be entertained/ considered.
9. Applications complete in all respects must reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Jhang, not later than 07-10-2021 at 04:00 PM.
