Attested copies of all educational certificates, degrees, diplomas, transcripts/DMCs, PEC Registration Card, Domicile, CNIC, Experience Certificates and other testimonials, three recent passport size photographs be attached with the prescribed Application Form.
2. A bank draft or receipt/slip of NBP, University of Malakand Campus Branch (Non-refundable) of Rs. 2,000/- (for post equivalent to BPS-17 to 19 & PPS-07 to 09), Rs. 500/- (for post equivalent to BPS-16 & PPS-06) and Rs. 350/- (for post equivalent to BPS-02 to 11 & PPS-02) in favour of the Director Finance, University of Malakand shall also be attached.
3. Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations/Institutions must apply through a proper channel with a NOC, otherwise, their application forms will be rejected.
4. Candidates applying to more than one post shall have to submit separate application forms along with the application processing fee, in a separate envelop clearly mentioning the position to apply for on the upper right corner of the envelope.
5. Applications on the prescribed form complete in all respect should reach the office of the Deputy Registrar (Meetings) latest by September 20, 2021 Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
6. Appointment on the posts shall be made as per territorial jurisdiction devised under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act.
7. The University will not be responsible for any delay or non-receipt of call letters for test/interview and the matter should be settled with the concerned post office or courier service.
8. 02% (PWD) quota in the above all categories will be reserved for disabled persons only. Disable candidates applying, must attach special CNIC, Disability Certificate issued by the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled persons as well as a certificate from the respective Medical Superintendent/Medical Board showing therein the specific disability and both the certificates must be issued before the closing date of this advertisement
9. No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview
10. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or to cancel them without showing any reason
11. Errors/omissions (if any) will be rectified by the University as per rules
