1. The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website of the University of Mianwali: www.umw.edu.pk.
2. An appointment other than a faculty position shall be made amongst the candidates domiciled in the Punjab province.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairman/Higher Education Commission.
5. Candidates for Serial No. 1 and 2 positions are required to fill the application form in triplicate (hard and soft in DVD), along with a complete CV, attested copies of testimonials and two most recent passport size photographs with blue background (affixed on each application), should reach the office of the Registrar, UMW on or before the due date.
6. Candidates already employed in any Government/Semi-Government Department or autonomous body must apply through the proper channel by the due date; otherwise, their application shall not be entertained.
7. Incomplete application in any respect or application received after the due date will not be entertained.
8. Applications on the prescribed form complete in all respect along with necessary documents must reach the office of the Registrar on or before 23rd August 2021.
9. Application must be accompanied with original Bank Draft of amount Rs. 4000/- for BS-20 to BS-21 and Rs. 3000/- for BS-17 to BS-19 as processing fee (non-refundable) drawn in favour of the Treasurer, University of Mianwali.
