General Instructions:
1. Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, result cards, transcripts & certificates, photos, research publications (where applicable) along with application on prescribed form in-person or through mail to the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot.
2. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application form for each post applied with required documents completed in all respects.
3. Application form(s) can be obtained from the Office of Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot, during office hours after payment of Rs. 1000/- on Habib Bank Challan in favor of the Treasurer, University of Poonch Rawalakot OR can also be downloaded from the University Website www.upr.edu.pk and sent along with a bank draft of Rs. 1000/- in the name of the Treasurer, University of Poonch Rawalakot.
4. Candidates applying for the post of Professors’ Associate Professor are required to submit applications on prescribed form with FIVE Sets of the testimonial along with publications.
5. For academic positions, where applicable, the terminal qualification of the candidates must be registered with the relevant Council/Regulatory Body.
6. For all academic positions, the terminal qualification of the candidates must be in relevant subject/ field, however, preference will be given to those having all their academics in relevant subject/ field.
7. For the post of Lecturer (Human Nutrition & Dietetics), MS/M.Phil Degree of the candidate(s) must be in the relevant subject/field.
8. The age limit shall not be applicable to regular in-service employees.
9. The term of office in project posts shall be one year, extendable subject to the availability of funds 10. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel to avail relaxation in upper age limit.
11. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
12. Appointments of employees working on contract, Adhoc, contingent basis in this University against the advertised posts shall be treated as terminated immediately after notification of permanent appointments.
13. The candidates must attach Marks Obtained/Total Marks Certificate or Percentage Certificate of all degrees along with application form, CGPA is not acceptable.
14. Preference will be given to AJ&K nationals.

16. The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised posts partially or totally and increase or decrease the number of posts, as deem necessary.
17. Application forms indicating the posts should reach the office of the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot, on or before 31-12-2019.
18. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be rejected.
