2. Candidates for all posts are required to submit one hard copy (duly signed) of the Online Application Form along with attested copies of degrees/certificates/testimonials/photographs (1×1) not later than 4:00 P.M. 27/05/2022 in the office of Dy. Registrar Admin-II, University of Punjab (Quid e Azam Campus), Lahore, (only through Post/Currier Services.) No extra time will be allowed for postal transit etc.
3. All appointments will be subject to University statutes, rules and regulations and in line with the Government of Punjab policy (Punjab civil servants rules, 2010) in terms of a minimum length of service as adopted by University Syndicate and Senate.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
5. Already in service applicants should apply through proper channels and submit a No objection certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority, showing that the department will have no objection to relieve if the applicant is selected.
6. No TA. / DA will be given to the candidates called for test/ interview.
7. By-hand applications, incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline WILL NOT be Accepted/Considered in any case.
8. The University reserves the right to increase/ decrease the number of advertised posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.[/box]
