Terms & Conditions:
I. The Candidates applying for the above mentioned posts shall submit six copies of applications along with complete sets of educational credentials /research work/publications, photograph (1×1), certificate of any distinction etc., on the prescribed form concerned available on the website www.wum.edu.pk, till 30-04-2019 in the office of Registrar along with postal order/bank draft amounting to Rs. 3000/-(non-refundable for each vacancy) in favour of Treasurer, Women University, Multan.
II. Dismissed/terminated from the service or penalized contrary to the service(s) by any of the University/ Government department / autonomous body & Semi-Government are not eligible for the aforementioned posts.
III. Candidates already in service shall apply through proper channel or shall attach N.O.C. issued by the authorities concerned. However, the advance copies shall be accepted subject to the provision of NOC on or before the date of the interview as and when fixed failing which application shall not be considered/entertained.
IV. 3% of quota will be reserved for disabled persons. If the candidate is disabled he/she will have to submit a certificate from the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons of Social Welfare Department and all other quotas are reserved in consonance with notifications of Government of Punjab.
V. Experience/ service certificates duly attested/issued by present and former employers shall be coupled with the application.
VI. Only short-listed candidates will be invited for interview in person accompanied by original documents and no TA/DA or any other expenditure shall be admissible.
VII. The University reserves the rights, to verify certificates/documents of the selected candidates and the verification charges will be borne by the selected candidate.
VIII. The University reserves the rights not to fill any vacancy without assigning any reason thereof or can increase or decrease the number of vacancies in accordance with the availability of funds & budget provision.
IX. Incomplete Applications or those reached after due date shall not be entertained in any case and no extra time will be allowed for postal transit etc.
