1. Eligible candidates should submit their application forms along with attested copies of educational testimonials (i.e., Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, and original fee deposit receipt in the office of the Registrar, UET Mardan within fifteen (15) days from the date of advertisement.
2. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel, they must also submit a No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments/organizations along with their application form.
3 Only shortlisted candidates, who meet the criteria, will be called for tests/interviews.
4. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date shall be rejected without intimation to the applicant.
5. Those who earlier applied for the three (03) years contract advertisement published on 31-01-2021, for the posts at serial no. 02, 03, 04, 05, 07, 08, and 09 no need to apply afresh.
6. The University reserves the right to cancel or not to fill any of the advertised posts without assigning any reason. Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University. [/box]
