1. Candidates shall fill online form available on: www.ulm.edu.pk and print it in hard copy.
2. The online printed form (completes in all respect) along with attested copies of educational testimonials, certificate of any distinction, etc., relevant experience certificates (from Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous bodies), copy of CNIC, two recent passport size colour photographs, certificate of any distinction, etc. and original Demand Draft or bank receipt; must reach to the Registrar Office, the University of Lakki Marwat on or before July 11, 2022 (Monday).
3. The claim of experience must be supported by experience certificates, appointment letters, and pay slips issued by the authorized officer duly attested by a gazetted officer.
4. Applicant must provide the research papers (copies of the first page having Abstract and Journal’s name.
5. lesser than 3.0/4.0 CGPA will be considered as the second division. Moreover, a CGPA of less than 2.0/4.0 will be considered as the third division.
6. The candidates having a Foreign Degree/Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificate from the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad along with the application, If not provided at the time of submission of the application on the due date, the application will not be considered for further processing.
7. Applicants domiciled only Bannu Division are eligible for the Ministerial Support Staff Positions (from BPS-7 to 16).
8. The candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Institutions should route their applications through proper channels.
9. The candidates for all positions shall appear in the screening test/written examination as per Rules/Statutes.
10. Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview, No TA/DA will be allowed.
11. University not be held responsible for none or late receipt of Call Letters for tests/Interviews.
12. Candidate applying for more than one post needs to submit a separate application form, documents, and application processing fee for each post.
13. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
14. Any evaluation shall be based on the information written in the application form supported by documentary proof (attached with the application form) till the last date of advertisement.
