Other Terms & Conditions:
1. Recruitment (Non-Transferable) will be on Adhoc Basis for a period of one year as per the latest Government Policy.
2. Recruitment will be made as per Government policy on Merit basis on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
3. The Competed Audacity is authorized for any change of schedule and number of posts etc.
4. Govt./Semi Govt. Employees may send their applications Through Proper Channel.
5. Candidates with higher qualification will be preferred.
6. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
7. No. TA/DA will be paid to candidates coming for test/interview.
8. The Last Date of submission of application is 22-08-2019.
9. Complete application film which is available should be submitted at MS Office Wazirabad Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad.
10. The candidates are required to submit all attested documents (Two photographs. all educational certificates including Result Cards of all Professional Examinations, Valid PMDC registration certificate, experience certificates. Domicile & CNIC) must be attached with the application foam.
11. The candidates are required to bring their origin,/ certificates /documents along with two sets of attested documents at the time of the Interview.
12. Application for the post of Associate Professors and Professor must also be accompanied by the PM&DC recognition of experience certificate for the post applied.

14. Dismissed from service, removed from service, compulsory retired under the PEEDA ACT 2006 retired under the provision of Section 12 (1) of the PCS Act 1974, retired on account of invalidation under Rule 3.3 PCS Pension rule or retired Voluntarily will not be eligible.
