- Application Form (Complete in all respect) with Fee Deposit Slip (PTS Copy) should reach the Office to Pakistan Testing Services (PTS), 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazal0-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad. within Fifteen (15) Days from the Publication of this advertisement.

General Terms & Conditions:
- Five (05) years general age relaxation will be admissible as per prescribed rules of Government of Pakistan.
- Candidates already in Government service may apply through proper channel.
