Terms & Conditions
1. Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004/Recruitment Policy 2022 and instructions issued from time to time by the Govt. of Punjab.
2. For Serial No. (01-04) appointments shall be made on Ad hoc basis.
3. For Serial No. (05-42) appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview/test, The candidates will have no right to challenge the shortlisting process in any court of law.
5. Persons already in Govt. service should apply through their department along with NOC.
6. Age relaxation shall be granted as per the Government of the Punjab Policy.
7. Both Male/Female applicants having domicile in the Province of Punjab can apply.
8. Completed application along with attested copies of all educational certificates (Matric, F.Sc ect) Degrees/Diplomas, copy of domicile, valid CNIC, work experience certificates (if any) and 02 latest passport size photographs must be submitted in the office of Medical Superintendent, Gujranwala Medical College Teachinaliospital, Gondalanwala Village Ali Pur Chatha Road, Gujranwala.
9. Incomplete applications as well as the applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained in any case.
10. Applicants must produce original documents at the time of the interview.
11. Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
12. No TA/DA shall be allowed to appear in any test or interview.
