5. Only eligible short-listed candidates will be called for the test/interview.
6. The candidates will provide a complete set of testimonials/educational documents at the time of the interview and their original academic/experience documents will be checked.
7. Five years general upper age relaxation for all posts has been included except for the post of Security Supervisor where the age relaxation is 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
8. No request for a change of test centre shall be entertained.
9. Appearing in the test/interview will not confer any right of appointment to any candidate under this advertisement.
10. Selected candidates for the post of Assistant shall have to pass six weeks of Basic IT training course and UDC shall have to pass three weeks of Basic IT training curse before completion of the probation period.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
12. The Department has the right to shortlist/reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
