1. Please download application forms and online/Offline deposit slips are available on the Open Testing Services (OTS) website www.ots.org.pk.
2. Open Testing Service (OTS) will not be responsible for late receipt of application sent through post or by any other courier service.
3. Please submit your test fee through a prescribed deposit slip on any of the countrywide online branches of the designated banks.
4. The application submitted by hand will not be entertained.
5. Candidates are required to send their application at prescribed Application Forms along with online deposit slip (in Original).
6. The application must be received at the given address of the OTS Office not later than fifteen (15) days (03-06-2020) of the publication of this advertisement.
