PTS is Pakistan’s innovation-driven, reliable, self-sustained, and autonomous testing organization that assess candidates’ capabilities and competence for recruitment, scholarships and admissions. we help organizations recruit the right people, develop employees, as well as, enhance productivity and performance. within education institutions, the goal of the organization is to provide standardization and transparency to the selection criterion and get rid of the discriminations fashioned by the quota system and provide the opportunity for the talent to be selected in all the public and private sector universities under Higher Education Commission. For other sectors, PTS takes lead in contributing its improved assessment strategy, capacity building, training, research and development in human resource development (HRD) to both public and private sector organizations. PTS tests are drawn from an integrated set of questionnaires and inventories for personality, aptitude and ability testing that is based on the state of the art theory and practice. Our tests have been designed to provide reliable services for the analysis of personality and self-awareness, vocational counselling and career choice, personnel assessment and selection, and, generally, human resources management.
